Starlink promises to transform the way rural areas connect to the internet with speeds of up to 350mbps download and 20mbps+ upload. Running a business from home or from any rural location will now be possible even in the most remote areas of Sussex like the South Downs (Halfway Bridge, Westerton, Amberley and Fernhurst). We cover the all of Sussex including – Petworth, Ashington, Rogate, Fernhurst, Findon, Pagham, Bognor Regis, Henfield, Worthing, Horesham, Billinghurst, Storrington, Lower Beeding and beyond.
How our service works:
1. Placing the order – You will need to place the order with Starlink directly. Here is a link to the starlink.com website.
If you have any difficulties placing your order, please get back in touch and we’ll be happy to help. The starlink.com website often does not recognise some addresses but there are ways around this. The best way is using a Google+ code, please follow the below link to find your code:

Please let us know when you have successfully placed an order for our records so we can provisionally book in your installation – you can either give us a ring 01403 470433, or use our ‘Request an appointment’ button below – we recommend booking in your installation two weeks from your Starlink order date.
2. Confirming delivery – Once you receive your shipment tracking information, please get in touch us and we’ll then confirm your appointment with one of our friendly installers to come and configure your hardware. If you receive your hardware before your provisional installation date, and we have suitable availability, we’ll be happy to bring you installation forwards if possible.
3. Installing your hardware – Starlink requires a clear view of the Northern sky, but depending on the orientation and location of your property, we generally find that there is a suitable place to install the equipment. Our installation service invoices all the brackets, poles and other hardware you need.
The Starlink kit comes with a 75 foot cable included, an upgraded 150 foot cable is also available. Depending on where you router is located, we may need to help you install some additional networking equipment to get your internet connection to the right place.
The Starlink Version 2 ‘V2’ hardware does not have an ethernet port on the router and comes supplied with a WiFi only connection. If you require an ethernet port to connect your hardware to other networking equipment in your home or business, please log back onto the starlink.com website and then purchase the ethernet adapter from their online shop. The ethernet adapter is £35.00.
Starlink Business now available
Starlink Business is now available in the UK at a reduced price of £150.00 per month. This offers a significant discount on the original price of the service and is much better value than leased lines and dedicated ethernet circuits. A major benefit of the Starlink system compared to leased lines is that your are not tied into a long term contract. Once your hardware is purchased it belongs to you and you can cancel the service at anytime.
